2. Service Videos on Website and YouTube
We are recording our Sunday morning service each week, for those unable to attend it live. Look for it on the church website here: https://www.staidansinthebeach.com/services/pages/virtual-services, or on YouTube by searching St Aidan's in the Beach Sunday Service.


3. Sunday Evening Services at 5 pm
Our outdoor eucharist on Sunday evenings has moved to 5 pm, as the evenings get darker. We will continue to hold them under the canopy behind the school hall.


4. An Evening of Teaching with Sandra Campbell: Wed Sept 29

5. National Day of Truth and Reconciliation: Sept 30
To mark this day there is a livestream available at 10 am from an Every Child Matters event in Ottawa for those of us who cannot attend in person. This event has been planned by Pass The Feather. Please go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vzLFjbC8Lk

6. Special outdoor service with Blessing of Animals: Sun Oct 3 at 11:30 am
Join the children for a service outside the Claremont School to celebrate St Francis in our Season of Creation. There will be a eucharist and the blessing of animals. Bring your pets!!


7. Retreat day on Toronto Island Oct 16
To mark the final day of the Season of Creation we will be offering a day of quiet reflection in nature on Toronto Island, with St Andrew-by-the-Lake church as our home base. We will take the 9:30 am ferry to Wards Island, and have a walking meditation to the church (approx. 35 minutes). The day will include prayers, reflections on the writings of St Francis, solo time, and a closing eucharist.  Cost is $20 plus ferry ticket. Contact Lucy to register.


8. Bishop’s Company Cabaret: Oct 15
Join us on Friday, October 15, 8:00-9:30pm This is an online fundraiser for clergy mental health benefits. Registration is free! The event will feature musical performances and a conversation with Bishop Kevin Robertson and Bishop Riscylla Shaw. For more information, visit https://bishopscompanytoronto.ca


9. Social Justice and Advocacy Conference: Oct 30
This year's Diocesan Social Justice and Advocacy Conference will take place on Saturday, October 30th. The theme this year is "Re-membering and Re-making Community," and the keynote speaker will be the Reverend Gerlyn Henry. Workshops will be offered on many important topics.
