3. In-Person Services and Children's Ministry at 11:30 am
We are now holding a eucharist on Sundays at 11:30 am in the Claremont School hall. Pre-registration is not required, but all those attending will be screened, and Covid prevention protocols will be followed. All clergy, staff and volunteers attending are fully vaccinated. Outdoor Sunday school programming is also taking place during the 11:30 in-person service, so meet us outside on the lawn!
 
4. Christian Meditation
Our meditation sessions on Zoom take place on Wednesdays, from 7:30 to 8 pm.All are welcome to attend. The link is here:

5. Lobby for Abuse Education Law: Tues Oct 26 at noon
St Aidan's parishioner Charmaine Loverin is the founder of Bill 298, Loverin's Law, that will be debated in the Ontario legislature this fall. If passed schools will be required to have an Annual Awareness Week for Abuse Prevention, so that kids can identify abuse, name it and get help. There will be a lobby outside Queen's Park on Oct 26 from noon to 1 pm, with speakers from various abuse prevention and recovery organizations. 6. Symposium on Climate Justice: Saturday Oct 30
Kairos Canada presents an online symposium from 11am to 5 pm, to bring together people to learn more about climate change and climate change advocacy from a faith perspective. Click here for more details: https://secure.kairoscanada.org/civicrm/event/info?id=251&reset=1

7. Outreach and Advocacy Conference: Saturday Oct 30
The Diocesan Outreach  & Advocacy Conference, on Saturday October 30th will be virtual, again this year. Depending on you availability you can sign up for the opening talk, one or two workshops and/or the concluding plenary session. 8. All Saints and All Souls Memorial Vigil: Monday Nov 1st at 6 pm (new time)
To remember those we love who have died, we will be holding a special memorial vigil in the Claremont School hall, with music, candle lighting and names being read.

9.  Indigenous Legacy Gathering: Nov 4-5 downtown
The 4th Annual Indigenous Legacy Gathering takes place in Nathan Phillips Square on November 4-5, 2021 to honour Residential School Survivors and celebrate Indigenous diversity. The two-day gathering will feature Indigenous songs, stories, language, food, performance, installations and demonstrations for all ages. 10. St. Aidan’s Capital Campaign Committee Update
As shared previously, we are forming a Capital Campaign Committee to finalize our case for support and our fundraising goal, as well as build and execute the multi-year fundraising plan to complete restoration and support our ministry goals. We are looking forward to our official fundraising kick-off in early 2022! The Committee will begin formal planning meetings in the next month or so.  The confirmed members of the Committee (so far) are:
