1. Bishop Riscylla
This Sunday we are very pleased to welcome Bishop Riscylla Shaw, Area Bishop for Trent-Durham, as our homilist. Bishop Riscylla is a member of the  Métis Nation of Ontario, and will be speaking to us about the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. She will also stay for Q&A during our coffee-hour.

3. Sunday Evening Outdoor Services
Starting this Sunday July 11th to August 29 we will be holding a weekly outdoor eucharist with Bible study at 7 pm. We will meet at the back of the Claremont School property, behind the hall. Go down the driveway to the S end of the school building on Silver Birch Ave, pass through the wooden gate at the end, and turn right to enter the zone between the hall and the Willow lands. Seating will be under a canopy, and all COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed.
 
4. Children's Program in the Summer
Gemma is back to recording Kid Vids this summer! Tune into this week's video at https://youtu.be/Q7m5XuldHIk. *Please note, the video will go live on Sunday morning at 9:00 am!

5. Service Videos on Website and YouTube

6. Virtual Tours of Mohawk Institute Residential School

7. Summer Book Group
Our summer book group continues on Thursdays at 7:30 pm by Zoom. See below for the link. This week we are concluding our study of Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. The next topic or book will be announced next week.

9. Clergy and Staff Holidays/Retreat
Margaret Allen, our parish administrator, will be on vacation this coming week.
Jeff Nowers takes his summer vacation from July 12 to August 2.
Lucy takes her annual retreat from July 19 to 23, and vacation from August 16 to September 7.
