Adult Education is an important part of our life together. We believe that learning never stops, especially in the Christian faith! We offer courses and discussion groups throughout the year.
Exploring Faith in Community
A four week evening course to look at key areas of our faith, beginning Thursday April 7th. Click on News for details.
We have small groups of people from St. Aidan’s who gather weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. Our time together is very casual and informal. Whether you’re interested in learning more about the Christian faith or you want to grow deeper in your own faith small groups are a great way to meet other Christians, share life together, talk about relevant topics, theology and the Bible, and to pray for one another. If you’re interested in joining a small group contact Matt Adams, our associate priest, and he would be happy to find an appropriate group for you.
Michael Van Dusen is a deacon at St. Aidan’s. In addition to the reflections on one of the Sunday readings that he posts on the web site he leads a Thursday evening study group (7:30-9) at the back of the church on all of the readings for the coming Sunday. The reflections look at both the context and the details of the Sunday readings. They help prepare for Sundays and offer a window for reflection on the word of God. Check out the posts here.
